There are 8 spacious bedrooms situated on the quieter side of the house, including a master bedroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there are 3 shared bathrooms servicing the remaining 6 bedrooms, comprising 4 twin and 2 double rooms. Daily housekeeping is provided for your comfort.

Adjacent to the lounge is a sizable game room, complete with board games, table soccer, and a comfortable sofa and TV for quieter moments. While the children entertain themselves, adults can relax in the cozy living room with its two lounges or gather in the kitchen, preparing meals while enjoying a glass of wine.

This estate is a haven of tranquility, perfect for leisurely strolls to the local lake, perhaps even on the backs of one of the 8 sweet donkeys, a rare breed nearly extinct but lovingly cared for by the owners.
